"Having lived most of my life near the South Portuguese sea I have had the pleasure to admire a myriad of sea dwellers of all sizes. At low tide the puddles left behind gives an insight of what world to expect under the surface of the sea. Scuba diving reveals a lesser known world which has provided me with an infinite source of inspiration to attempt to represent part of this hypnotizing environment."
